Our Sleep Balm is full of organic goodness! Made using only the finest ingredients to include a high altitude organic lavender essential oil-well known for it's relaxing properties. It will help calm & chillax all ages, aiding a good natural sleep.

Volume: recyclable 60ml glass jar with aluminium lid. 

Recommended Use: Warm a little of the balm on the palm of your hand and apply as required.  Can be applied to pulse points, to the chest and/or back area. Just breathe in & let the beautiful aroma calm your senses. For little ones OVER 12-months use after a bath for a soothing bedtime massage.  

Ingredients: *Olea europaea fruit oil *Cocos nucifera oil *Cera alba *Butyrospermum parkii butter, plant based Vit E & a relaxing blend of organic essential oils.

Please ensure you store your balms in a cool, dark place & always out of direct sunlight. There may after a while be some crystallisation-this is normal.  Simply rub the balm into the palm of your hand & use as normal.

Recommended Use: Add 2 tablespoons to a bowl of freshly boiled water.  Drape a towel over your head and position your face around 30cm above the bowl.  Breathe deeply & relax!
