What is a Konjac sponge?
It's a sponge that's been made from the root of the konjac plant which is 100% natural & plant-based. The plant has been used for centuries in Japan, China & Southeast Asia as a source of food as well as traditional medicine.
It will cleanse & exfoliate in a gentle yet effective way and is so non irritating that it can be used on any skin type.
When you soak your sponge in water it will expand to become softer & larger-somewhat rubber like. Konjac sponges are biodegradable and therefore not meant to last forever (I recommend replacing it every 6-8 weeks).

How to use
-Soak your sponge in warm water for at least 10 minutes before the first use. After the initial soaking you will only need to soak for a minute or two.
-Remove excess water by lightly squeezing it out. Be gentle, you don't want to damage the sponge.
-You can use the sponge to cleanse your face with or without cleanser. Massage the skin in circular motions.
-After use, rinse thoroughly.
-Hang your sponge somewhere well ventilated (not in the shower) to dry.
How to sterilise your sponge-
-Immerse your sponge in very hot water (not boiling) for 3/4 mins every week.
-Be careful when removing from the hot water.
-Allow to cool & hang in a well ventilated area to dry.
Replace every 6/8 weeks.
