Organic Muscle Rub

This wonderful smelling rub has been made using the finest organic ingredients. It contains organic essential oils to help prevent & relax aching muscles. Can be applied  before/after exercise or use to rub on aching joints. The wintergreen essential oil has analgesic, anti-rheumatic and antiseptic properties. The rosemary essential oil helps to reduce pain. Great for any type of massage!

I massage it onto my calves before sea swimming-I love it!

Volume: 30ml glass recyclable jar with aluminium lid.

Recommended Use: Apply the rub between your palms, bring to body temperature and gently massage onto problematic area.

Please ensure you store your balms in a cool, dark place & always out of direct sunlight. There may after a while be some crystallisation-this is normal.  Simply rub the balm into the palm of your hand & use as normal.
